Hello, I’m Jane.

I am an automatic driving instructor and co-owner of Supreme School of Motoring, providing friendly and professional driving lessons throughout Maldon and the surrounding areas.

I am passionate about helping people achieve something they may never have thought possible.

I understand that everyone feels differently about learning to drive. Some people cannot wait to get behind the wheel, while others feel nervous before they even begin.

Helping You Enjoy Learning to Drive

Every learner is different, so I adapt each lesson to suit your confidence, experience and personal goals.

My lessons are calm, friendly and supportive. I take the time to explain things clearly and will never make you feel rushed or under pressure.

If something does not make sense straight away, we will approach it differently and practise it until you feel comfortable.

I believe confidence develops naturally when you are learning in a calm and encouraging environment, and confident drivers become safer drivers.

My aim is not simply to help you pass your driving test. I want you to enjoy learning, build confidence and become a safe, independent driver for life.

Driving Instructor Training

Alongside teaching learners to drive, I also help train and support people who want to become Approved Driving Instructors.

Working alongside Pete, I help trainee instructors develop the knowledge, confidence and teaching skills needed to build successful careers within the driver-training industry.

Every learner is different. The number of lessons you need will depend on your previous experience, confidence, ability and whether you can practise privately between lessons.

I will regularly review your progress and explain what you need to work on before taking your driving test.

 

Can automatic lessons help me progress more quickly?

Many learners find automatic cars easier to manage because there is no clutch or gear changing.

This means you can focus more attention on road awareness, planning and making safe decisions. However, everyone learns at a different pace.
