At Supreme School of Motoring, we believe driving should be accessible to everyone. We are proud to offer specialist driving lessons for people with disabilities and mobility challenges, helping learners gain independence, confidence, and freedom on the road.
Our specialist instructor, Dom McKechnie, is an experienced and patient driving instructor who is committed to supporting people with a wide range of mobility needs. Dom is a Motability registered instructor and is also listed on the disability driving instructor register.
Dom provides lessons in a fully adapted automatic Ford Focus equipped with specialist driving aids designed to support a variety of physical disabilities and mobility requirements.
Adapted Vehicle Features:
These adaptations allow many learners with reduced mobility or lower limb disabilities to drive safely and comfortably while building confidence behind the wheel.
Dom understands that every learner is different and lessons are always tailored to individual needs, experience, and confidence levels. Whether you are learning to drive for the first time, returning to driving after injury or illness, or transitioning to an adapted vehicle, lessons are delivered in a calm, supportive, and professional environment.
We aim to make learning to drive as accessible and stress-free as possible while helping learners develop the skills needed for safe and independent driving.
