Supreme School of Motoring was established in 1974 by Mary Robinson and is jointly run by her son Pete who qualified in 1987, her daughter Kay is also an instructor, making Supreme a truly family business. With over 35 years experience, we have taught a lifetime skill to thousands of people.

Our highly qualified Driving Standards Agency (DSA) Approved Driving Instructors cover all aspects of tuition and offer individual structured lessons to suit the abilities of every driver, whether you are a complete beginner or a more advanced driver who would like to enhance your skills. We have a high pass rate and much of our work is obtained through recommendations.

With our extensive experience, we make learning to drive easy, enjoyable and fun, enabling our professional team to provide you with the best chance of passing your driving test first time.

We only use fully qualified Approved Driving Instructors (ADI's) that are registered with The Driving Standards Agency ( DSA).

What is The Driving Standards Agency?

The Driving Standards Agency (DSA) is an Executive Agency of the Department of Transport for the government set up under the provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1988. DSA’s vision is “Safe Driving for Life”.  The overall mission is to contribute to the public service agreement objective to achieve 40% reduction in riders and drivers killed or seriously injured in road accidents, in the age group up to 24 years, by 2010 compared with the average for 1994-98.
